After booking, please fill out your Health Profile questionnaire. We’ll order personalized bloodwork or diagnostics as necessary. If you’ve had recent medical tests, email the results to reports@beyondmedicinepr.com. Ensure all information is completed at least 48 business hours before your appointment.
Your consultation includes a medical evaluation, physical exam (for in-office visits), e-prescription(s), e-orders for diagnostics, review of your health profile and current health issues, medication and supplement review, Q&A session, lifestyle advice, and a personalized treatment plan.
Many tests require a 10-hour fast, during which you should only drink water. Costs and details will be discussed post-consultation. Please email your lab results to reports@beyondmedicinepr.com or upload them through the patient portal.
Members can use designated chat for quick inquiries. For complex issues, a phone call may be requested. Expect responses within 24-48 business hours, excluding nights, weekends, and holidays.
We refill common medications and provide new prescriptions when safe and medically warranted. We do not prescribe controlled substances or high-risk medications like acute heart medications, transplant drugs, or certain hormone therapies.
Medical records are released only with your authorization. You’re responsible for obtaining previous records from other providers using our release form.
We don’t accept health insurance. Most testing and diagnostics may be partially covered by your insurance, but we don’t submit claims on your behalf. We provide billing summaries for reimbursement purposes.
Yes, you can upgrade your package anytime until the day of your appointment. After that, a new consultation must be booked. Laboratory and diagnostic study costs are separate.
We accept cash, Venmo, ATH Movil, PayPal, and major credit cards (Amex, MasterCard, Visa, Discover). Payment is due on the day of service.
For emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For test interpretations or diagnoses, schedule a virtual or in-person visit. Avoid using email, text messages, or chat platforms for medical discussions.

Yes, please complete all required forms and documents before your appointment. Remember to reschedule or cancel appointments at least 48 hours in advance. Our doctors extensively prepare for each visit, reviewing your information beforehand. A $75 fee will be charged for the first missed or late-canceled appointment, with subsequent ones billed at the full-service rate. For detailed policies, refer to our practice guidelines.
